I bought this for my young daughter who requested for me to buy some books about periods and puberty as a supplement to what we talk about. She read through the book quickly and said she gained some good information from it, which we talked about. I would say that the book was age appropriate for around 10 years old and would recommend.

This book gave my daughter the confidence and clarity she needed to feel good about herself and this new stage. Everything is explained in such a kind and easy way. She finished it smiling and feeling ready.

Amazing better than all of the other period books! It was helpful and I read it all in about 15 minutes and had to read twice and that’s good for a hundred pages and I’m a slow reader! Best thing I’ve bought 😁🤗🫶🏻 girl power!
