Impressive sound quality for a budget priced system
Excellent for the price. Bought for converting a small bedroom but ended up using in living room. I had a couple of small issues with it like the bright display staying on and the default volume being quite loud, but then got an unprompted message from the seller with a firmware update which solved both and allowed me to set defaults. Simple set up and you can extend the rear speaker cables with rca cabling if necessary for larger rooms. Much neater design than my last soundbar, should fit under most tvs.

Entry level 5.1 system
This setup is ok for a small room and small or average sized tv (55" or lower) or for a pc setup. It packs a decent punch and while its nothing stellar audio quality wise its not too bad for what it is and can handle full volume without any distortion but it does sound a bit muddy if there is a lot going on, mainly with music playback more than movie or tv viewing and versus your standard tv speakers its certainly an upgrade. The main soundbar is quite small though (43cm wide) and the product images do give a false impression of it being way bigger than it actually is so be aware of that as i suspect the product images are being used with a tv thats at the most 43" maybe even smaller like a 32" tvI did find the rear speaker cables were a bit short though but it was easy enough to cut and splice some extra wire to extend them for my needs but this system is really not ideal for a large room and is more for a small to medium room or for near field listening. The price at the time of ordering was £139.99 which is a reasonable cost for a 5.1 setup but the current price of £159.99 is starting to go into expensive territory considering you can get entry level 7.1 at that price.

Average Soundbar.. it won't blow you away but good for the money.
Why did you choose this product over others?:Just ok. Nothing special. Wasn't as good as my old sound bar (Sony) so sent it back.Remote is cheap looking and on screen menus are slow and unresponsive.

A nice sounding soundbar! The LED display is annoying when it doesn't turn off.
This soundbar setup sounds really good and is impressive for the price. The range of sound is great as it offers some nice deep bass without compromising things like clear dialogue. The 5.1ch Dolby Atmos-compatible surround sound feels immersive, especially with the two additional speakers placed in optimal positions. I've tried the 4.1ch version of this soundbar, and I don't see much of a difference with that extra center channel. The setup was quick and easy, and I appreciated the multiple connection options (HDMI, optical, Bluetooth). Everything needed was included in the box, even batteries for the remote, which is rare nowadays. The subwoofer and surround speakers are wired, which limits placement a bit, but the cables are more than long enough.A downside I've found is the LED display. It’s very bright and can be a bit distracting when watching movies. It also tends to stay on, which slightly breaks the cinematic mood. Another downside I've found is the soundbar doesn't work seamlessly with my TV remote like my old one, and whenever it turns on, the default volume is quite loud. That said, this is a great-sounding soundbar for the money, although I'd probably go for the 4.1ch version of this soundbar as I didn't notice much of a difference.

Short wires for rear speakers
Not a bad system really, easy to set up and decent sound quality. The only real problem I have is that the wires for the rear speakers are very short and only reach half way around my average sized living room.
