Works best with mini cupcakes 🧁
These are super cute and a must have for any hello kitty party! I think I was a little thrown off from the photo though, they appeared a lot bigger (to me anyways) than they actually are. Those are definitely the mini cupcakes in the pic. These are your standard toothpick decorated toppers. They are brightly colored and worked great for the party I had planned.
