Very moisturizing
Even though this is a little bit expensive it is quite moisturizing and a little bit goes a long way. I do very much like it for my aging skin.

Works But Leaves Sticky Residue
The serum itself feels really nice when I put it on. I use it in the morning after washing my face. I take 3-4 drops from the dropper and pat it onto my cheeks, forehead, and chin. It has a thin, watery texture that spreads easily on my skin. It feels smooth and absorbs pretty quickly, which I like because I don’t have to wait too long before putting on my moisturizer and sunscreen. After a few weeks of using it, I’ve noticed my skin looks a bit brighter, and some small dark spots on my cheeks seem lighter, which makes me happy. My only issue is that it leaves my skin feeling sticky afterward. Even after it absorbs, my face feels a little tacky, like there’s a thin layer left behind. It’s not super sticky, but I notice it when I touch my face or if I’m putting on makeup right after—it makes my foundation feel a bit heavy. I’ve tried using less, but then I don’t feel like I’m getting enough on my skin to work well. I wish it would dry down completely so my face feels smooth and not sticky at all.Overall, I think this is a good serum because it feels nice to use and the quality is great for my skin. I can tell it’s helping with brightness, but the sticky feeling keeps it from being perfect for me. I’d still recommend it to others who want a Vitamin C serum, especially if they don’t mind a little tackiness after using it.

I take back what I said! Review update..
UPDATE: It’s June and I’m back. I’m leaving my original review below for reference but since writing it my experience with this product completely changed. I wound up trying a few more products from Sam’u and was really impressed with them. So I circled back to try the toner again remembering I was going to give it another shot when it was warmer out and I wasn’t shriveled from the dry heat of my furnace. And I love it!! It’s not at all drying for me now. Like AT ALL. As I suspected originally, my skin might have just been too dehydrated during the winter to tolerate products well. It could also be that I’ve been taking much better care of my skin the last few months in general and so it’s not as sensitive and my skin barrier is healthy. I’m rotating the toner so I don’t freak out my face but so far I’m doing great using it every other day or so. So yeah…I came back to add that 5th star.Original review: This seems like a quality toner based on the ingredients and the way I’ve seen people rave about it. And to be honest, I really like the packaging, love the bubbles and the thicker than normal feel of this toner. I’m finding it’s a bit too drying for me right now though. It might be the witch hazel? I have really dry skin that peels and flakes so I always need extra gentle, extra moisturizing products. To be fair I shouldn’t say this was really “drying” but I didn’t find it “hydrating” as the listing claims.I swear there is a slight natural scent to this though it is fragrance free. It’s just a hint and I think it comes from the plant extracts, or maybe it’s the witch hazel.I’ll be trying this again in the warmer months when I’m not as dry and in the meantime I’ll be using it on my neck and chest areas where I don’t struggle with the same sensitivities.

Just ok, middle of the road
I've used this several times and while it feels nice and moisturizing, it did nothing for my pores. I do have large pores on my cheeks and nose and I didn't notice any difference in them. I did see some improvement on sebum control. Overall, I'm not sure if I would purchase this product.

Night time toner
Toner is something I used to sometimes skip but this toner is almost serum-like, and I really do feel like it is a prep step for the serum I apply afterwards before moisturizer. This is my go to toner for the evening when I feel like I need that extra step of clearing my pores. Day time, I use those daily sheet masks instead for skin prep. This will last me quite a long time.

Pores…Closed! Blown Away By This Toner!
SAM’U’s Galacto Pore O2 Toner ihas a slight more viscous consistency, it is not watery. It’s more like a serum. This toner feels so incredibly refreshing and super hydrating on my skin, It is unscented, but has a beautiful fresh almost ocean scent naturally from the ingredients. It’s infused with Galactomyces Rice Ferment Filtrate, known for its ability to brighten and smooth the skin. It also contains Gluconolactone, an antioxidant that gently exfoliates, as well as Betaine and Sodium Hyaluronate to deeply moisturize and soothe your skin. The addition of Witch Hazel Extract helps to calm and protect your skin. When you shake the bottle (keep that cap on tightly), you can see the O2 bubbles come to life. I appreciate the larger size of the bottle, and how little you need for each use. I like that this bottle is going to last awhile.I’ve been using it day and night since it arrived with no issues on my sensitive combination skin. It gently exfoliates and removes impurities from the skin and does not irritate the skin. My skin feels soft and hydrated for a long time. It immediately heals dry and flaky skin. Its sweet spot is in minimizing breakouts and removing the little bit of dirt, sebum and makeup in my pores, and then closing them up. The pore clearing results have just been amazing, and it has happened over the course of my first week with this toner. I am a believer in this wonderful Galacto Pore O2 Toner and the beautiful magic of Korean skincare. Highly recommend!!
