These vitamins are really good! IQ Biology gives you so much more than just the hair and nail vitamins, others don't! It truly is a complex daily vitamin as well. After just a week, my fine hair had more body and looked healthier. It takes twice as long to blow dry now, any of you with super fine hair will understand what that means, it's so great! My hair actually has oils in it again! The third week, I have little baby hairs popping up in front and down my part. I even have more energy! I highly recommend these vitamins! Your skin will have more life too! You my even break out a little bit until your skin gets used to having oils again, but it does go away, and your skin will glow again.
