Very professional product. I have used it, and works as described. Only inner tourniquet band is slightly thinner than normal. Strong product. Can hold lot of strength. Great items, labels, and packing. I would buy again if needed. Having something is better than nothing. And quicker than being creative.

I hope I never need this tourniquet , but if I or a family member does, this is the one. I ordered this tourniquet to replace a cheap one that came in a trauma ifak I purchased earlier. This one is definitely professional quality. This is going in a personal ifak for my home and then take on the road in my vehicle. I truly was surprised at the high quality. And for kickers, it came with an emergency blanket to help prevent shock. I highly recommend .

This tourniquet was sealed and in new condition. It looks and feels to be well made - I hope I never have to find out !There is no manufacturing or expiration date that I can find on the product.

Aluminum torque handle should hold up in an emergency situation until help arrives of course I not a doctor or medic.

The affordability of the item because we need so many. Ease of use for single hand application which is great for law enforcement segment. A lot of tourniquets you need two hands to put them on; the fact that this can be used single handed really makes it a very valuable tool.If it could be packaged with a band keeping it together that could be easily pulled off it would make it easier to handle.

Have a buddy who is an EMT and he recommended that we have one of these on hand. Was happy to see so many options on Amazon Prime and got this Pastran tourniquet in the mail yesterday and very impressed with the quality and durability. Highly recommend!

This tourniquet compares favorably with the more expensive one provided by my department. I can’t see that it is inferior in any way.

This is not a genuine CAT tourniquet. If you’re looking for a real one buy from North American Rescue. These are cheap Chinese knockoffs that I wouldn’t even use to train people
