With hardly any competition, this charging pad works for a family of 4
I am flabbergasted by how few options there are for multiple phone/device charging pads. Do people not have families with wireless charging phones? We have a corner in the kitchen where the family charges their devices during family dinner, overnight, or just when we put our devices down. Now that all our phones can wirelessly charge, and a couple of us have AirPods... a wireless charging pad just makes sense over a USB C or Apple lightning cable for every single device (6+ for us). Plus, trusting teens with paying attention and plugging a USB C into the correct port or a Apple lightning is a crap shoot at best. After researching on various manufacture websites and sites like Amazon, it seems like you are either paying $150-$300 for a multi device charging pad (talking 2-3 phones, not 1 phone + 1 watch + 1 AirPod) from a well known company. There is only 1 such charging surface with 4 stars and under $50 on Amazon... that's this one, which is crazy to me. Anyway, rant over and addressing some actual features of the device.Pros:- Charges through phone cases - you don't need a Magsafe or super thin case like others. Even our "designer" cases charge just fine.- Thin charging pad seems to be the perfect size for 3 phones for us. Also charges AirPods as fast as a lightning cable (not as fast as USB C).- 1 cable & pad to replace 3 USB C and/or Lightning cables - absolutely great when you have a mix of current and prior generation phones/devices.- Charges up to the 24 watts (split among up to 3 devices, and maxes at 10w for 1 device) as stated. This is more than enough for most charging that families need, but won't provide the absolute fastest charging if you need that. Easily charges anything overnight and we can still use USB C or Lightning if we need a fast boost during the day.Cons:- We don't like the pattern on top of the charging pad... I would prefer a cleaner more elegant plain black with texture. The ZealSound branding and target charging areas are extremely cheap looking, but this is pretty much the only affordable option. Looks fine when charging items, looks cheap when empty. At least it is under a cabinet and people won't see it as much.- Only charges a total of 24w. Again, this is the only option and 24w across 3 devices is fine, but it would be nice to maximize the wireless charging. Again, we have a corner where we charge, so we still have USB C and Apple Lightning cables so guests can charge quickly, or we can when needed. In summary, this is a 5-star item for our family - primarily - due to a lack of competition. It accomplishes the task we bought it for and works well enough. We are hoping for more multi phone/device charging pad competition at some point in the $50 range (where are you Anker?), as $150+ is pretty crazy when single charging pads are $10-$30.

Durable & Reliable. Just get one...or two like me!
TLDR: Bought 2 of the 3 device models back in 2020. I have put them through the wringer and they still work great. Worth buying.Long story:Getting ready to move for the second time since buying 2 of these chargers and my roommate was talking about how much they loved having one of them out in the living room. Figured I'd check if it was on sale for cyber monday so I could leave the one in the living room for him and they were sale! (yay for me!). Then when I saw the Amazon notification that I bought my original 2 way back in 2020, it was clear they have definitely earned a glowing review for surviving all they have with me.The Purpose: 10/10As someone who loves to host and who also has ADHD (i.e. tends to set my phones and other things down in places and then forget where they are), I initially bought two of these 3 device chargers to have one by my bed and the other on the bar between my kitchen and living room. The intent of the later, was for guest to have a quick & easy place to charge their phones, and for myself, to have a naturally purposeful and logical place to hopefully set my phone down when out in the common area so as to lose track of it less often. For both of the goals, through 2 apartments and too many different phone and headphone and qi compatible devices to count over the last 2 years 10/10.Performance/Functionality: 9/10As I stated at the beginning, I bought both in 2020 and they are still both working great at the end of 2023. They are used on a daily and nightly basis by varying generations of androids, iphones, airpods, and sony earbuds. The one con I could say, is they charge pretty slowly for todays standards but it appears the new generations have helped addressed that issue (I'll know for sure with my latest order).Otherwise, I have put these things through the wringer. I definitely would not recommend any of this of course, but these both have had food, water, wine and an assortment of other alcohols spilled on them. The have been accidental coasters for drinks, had every kind of cleaning product used on them and have had a ton of items set on them that have no business being set on them. All that with no negative effect to the charging. I've also brought one with me to travel and it definitely made life easier enough that I am buying another today just for travel.Customer Service: 10/10I did go back through my emails as I vaguely remembered having an issue with one of them right after I purchased it and I did; one of them was not charging on just the right hand coil. However, I reached out the the company, explained the issue, and they sent me a replacement within 5 days (assuming based on our correspondence, because I don't remember that far back) and they followed up to make sure it was working correctly. 10/10

It looks nice, was a good price and does work...
I am using this to charge a Note 9 and an iPhone 12 by my bedside. Both phones have Otterbox Defender series cases on them, so they are thicker cases. I was expecting some fiddling but, sometimes both phones will connect right away, and other times I'm spending like 5 minutes trying to find a sweet spot on the pad for each phone to connect. It seems like the sensor on the left end might work better than the others, it seems to connect more consistently than the others. But all these complaints aside, it does work, and I understand that I am using thicker cases and expect some fiddling but, I would have been happier with more consistency. I experimented with placing the same phone in the exact same position/spot every time and sometimes it connects right away and other times it requires me to re-place it 10+ times before it will connect. I did try just placing, leaving, and waiting longer for a connect but, that's not the case, it either connects right away or, it doesn't connect at all./Update: a couple of months of use and I'm going to switch back to regular chargers. One of the sensors does work better than the others and it is the only one I can get to connect consistently. If I take the rubber outer of the case off, the phones connect fine on all sensors but, this charger just isn't going to work consistently if you have an Otterbox defender case. It was supposed to be an effortless way to charge 2 phones on 1 device by the bedside but, I cannot spend 15 minutes every night fiddling with the phones to try to get them to charge or remove them from their cases every night, it is easier to just use normal chargers so, I'll keep the pad and move it to my office.
