This dryer and washer combo is by far the most esthetically, functional and advanced set I have purchased. Swift and professional delivery. Took me about 3 hours to install and I'm pretty much allergic to instruction manuals, really straightforward. So very pleased - going to have to make the laundry room my man cave...Thanks Kenmore and Amazon

This dryer works great and the drum is deeper.

So far so good, older model of the same dryer lasted 21 years!Delivery was timely, friendly, and efficient.

It was delivered 6 wks ago n the clip that holds dryer door closed broke. Looks to be a cheap piece of plastic. Have to send a bunch of info to Kenmore for them to register the dryer n then a svc tech will call us back with a time to repair. No dryer for a few days at least. When I buy a dryer I generally assume it's not going to break in 6 wks but I guess that's what happens when product's are made with cheap parts. Lesson learned

I can honestly say the dryer exceeded my expectations. It dries heavy loads such as towels and bedding so much quicker than my previous dryer. As a busy mom, the amount of time it took to finish the laundry was weighing on me, but thanks to the size of this dryer and how much quicker it dries I can get it done twice as fast.

I love this dryer. It offers so much. I have not even tried the steam part of it however I amHappy without using it. My clothes are soo much softer and dry a lot quicker than my old one. Although my older one I had for a very long time it also was a Kenmore. I love my Kenmore’s.
