Taste is great and doesn’t leave an aftertaste. No chemical taste like most powdered additives have. These scored the highest on the Yuka app for being the “healthiest” of the powdered additives that I’ve found so far.

This is a good alternative for a fizzy drink that I sometimes crave. And definitely better than any sparkling or soft drink. It is great for hiking, camping, exercising or just in general hydrating your body. It is low calories so no guilt. Comes in a few flavor of , I like the line and mixed berries most. It is a non stevia product so you might taste the non sugary paste. I am not a huge fan of sugar free drinks but I guess if you are a frequent drinker of hydration packs then it is a good alternative. Overall clean ingredients and low calorie, so pretty good choice.

This electrolyte drink mix is pretty good. The strawberry lemonade flavor is tasty and not too artificial. I like that it has a good amount of electrolytes and some vitamins and minerals. It's convenient to have in individual packets, although they are a bit pricey. I've noticed a difference in my hydration levels after using it, especially after workouts. Overall, a decent product, but could be a better value.

Great relief for the morning after a night out with friends. The Trulabs Hydrate Electrolyte powder is a lifesaver! It mixes into water easily and is a pleasant strawberry lemonade flavor. Even better that it is sugar free! These packets help to rehydrate and make me feel better. These are also alot easier to keep in the pantry than bottles of premixed liquid, plus the packets are also easy to slip into your travel bag. I do feel the sodium is on the higher side though, so if you are super sensitive to sodium please keep that in ind. But for me, these have been great and I will continue to keep them on hand. Winner, winner!

It’s a good product but you can get way more for your money at Walmart. I overlooked that it’s only 6 in the box and Walmart you get triple 16 for less than double the price. :)
