I am at the half of my second bottle. So, it's been about 6 weeks since I started taking it. I lost 12 pounds so far. The weight loss started happening after about 3 weeks. But even those first 3 weeks I started feeling better. It is hard to explain what exactly was different, but I just felt better overall - while still not losing weight.So I kept taking it and then noticed losing about 5 pounds in the last week of the first bottle. I bought the second one and lost about 7 more pounds during the 5th and 6th weeks. I can't be happier!!!I came back to Amazon to look into Dr.Childs Adrenal Thyroid support supplement because I still feel very low on energy. I am going to add it to this supplement.Overall I needed to lose 35 pounds. Now 23 left. The goal feels more realistic and the results are very inspiring. Packed with Caffeine. Recently gave up Caffeine because it was contributing to inflammation & Hashimoto’s crash. Felt so much better after giving it up. Took this one day and had severe palpitations. Way too much caffeine. Was a bummer bc want to believe in this brand but seems more like a cash grab the more I look into it.

I felt no difference or improvement in my thyroid weight or energy.

I just started taking them, so I am not sure if the effectiveness. They are easy to swallow for me. They have a nice herbal fresh smell. I have had no side effects thus far. I am not sure what all the ingredients are, but those I know are healthy, I will have to look them up. They do have green teas extract, I have read a lot about how good that is for you, but since I quit smoking, I can't drink green tea because of the taste so the capsules are nice. I wish the print on the ingredients were larger. They are not super expensive. So far it seems good, I'm going to keep taking it and see how it works for me.

I have been wanting to try this product and was excited to doit when it was 20% off. I noticed I do not gain weight since taking these but I have not lost any either. I have been taking these a month now.

I highly recommend this high quality product to assist with weight loss. I had a thyroidectomy and gained 20+ pounds since. Weight loss is a challenge for me.
