Love this balsamic vinegar
It is very flavorful and not too sweet, or acidic. It has a nice consistency and not too thick, but thick enough to leave a nice drizzle. I can definitely see how this can be addicting. Just ordered another bottle. YES, HIGHLY recommend.

Nice IGP Balsamic
I found this to be a tasty balsamic. It went great in a glaze that I added over spicy grilled salmon -- but even though it has "thick" boldly on the label, I found it a little thin -- not something a little reduction could not fix -- quick min in a pan (with a cinnamon stick for my personal preference), then added to the glaze. The sweetness went great over ice cream later too. I prefer a slightly more acidic vinegar for drizzling over fresh fruits and vegetables but this is a certainly acceptable. At $26 it is worth having in the cabinet and could be a nice gift to introduce friends to balsamic.

Love it!
Been buying this for a while. Love the flavor and consistency of the vinegar. I only buy the thick one. I also like that they changed the size of the bottle. Less concern of it tipping over than the tall bottle. .

Delicious taste and just what I was looking for!
No bitterness, slight sweetness, not too thick, but thick enough to act as a dressing. Importantly no additives.

Secret ingredient to make the best egg salad.
On the sweeter side, this vinegar makes everything taste better. Pair with light olive oil or light mayo for great salads. We like it straight up on fish too.
