PANASONIC CORDLESS PHONE KX TG 6811

After reading the reviews, I was highly skeptical in buying this model, but surprisingly it was better than what I even expected! It has all the functionality required for a landline phone and is totally made for India(some reviews mention the Arabic language, the phone indeed power ups with some other and it's manual is also in that language but you can easily change it after going through the manual once(I know it is not in English but all you need to do is search a word looking like language and you'll find steps to do it)). Once you change the language to English, it is a great mid range panasonic phone with good talking experience. It has backlight, display is large, has 3 speed dial numbers among the basic necessities and has a lot of other functionalities too.

Very good cordless phone in the DECT range. Comes with Eco mode to reduce the transmission power to the base station of the cordless. The range is good even in the Eco mode across walls & doors. No interference with the home Wifi router because of DECT. Many of the polyphonic ringtones are least audible.My older Panasonic 2.4 Ghz model cordless phone's Time & Date settings will change after a few incoming calls. I was at my wits end & could not get this solved by BSNL. It was happening in a fixed line Caller-ID phone also. Luckily, in this model, there is a setting to ignore the Date & Time setting from the Caller ID. Now, the Caller-ID also works & the Date & Time settings do not change after any incoming call.Would have given 5 stars if it came with Indian warranty card. I have been using Since Oct 10, 2016. Works well with out any problems so far.

Good DECT phone. Keypad illuminated.phone have good range and voice clarity is good.White LCD backlite. The people who is complaining for arabic , in my phone it is not so and really i check the range is very good and very good voice clarity, it is very good experience to use the phone. some people will say guarantee not valid in INDIA but first thing this is complicated electronic and normally does not malfunction and in case of malfunction customer care people does not have deep knowledge to solve, so go and buy it, specially for key pad illuminated and good voice clarity at a long distance. Used it around 2 month

Product is good and looking good. No issue with the product.But, I started hating Amazon. It gave me the product which is manufactured in UAE and was never been imported to India. Looks like someone is selling the stolen products. Your warranty will be void, if you purchase this product. The adopter is not made for India and all the manuals, phone button words are written is Arabic.Guys, be honest, just stop purchasing product from Amazon India.

I am using this phone from last two months. It works perfectly fine with my Wifi router(Airtel) in Delhi. The wifi router is placed next to this phone and it flawlessly works fine without any noise or disturbance.It also works when there is no power supply. You just need to place the phone over the base and place a call in the speaker mode.

The worst piece I have ever received from Amazon.I wish there was a 0.5 star. As someone else mentioned, it is an used piece with so much of dust and scratches and is Made in China. China is ok.. but to my sheer surprise, I found some Arabic script instead of English or hindi on the product.I returned it and bought a new one paying 400 Rs extra at Croma. I got a made in Malaysia piece which is brand new. Though its Rs 400 extra outside, the quality is good and is an authentic product

I have been using this product approximately over 10 months. Here are the few pros and cons bases on my experienceCons: The cost appear a bit higher but it's worth every penny. I did not observed any other problem with this set.Pros:1. Excellent range and coverage for the cordless.2. Battery lasts mostly 2 days on medium/high usage.Charging is really fast.3. Display is bright enough.

Pros: Display is good. It can store about 100 phone number. Ringtone is fairly decent. Battery life is good.Cons: This is supposed to be a DTEC phone. This phone operates in 1.9 Ghz range which is outside of all the LTE band but overlaps with the 3G network band. Also this phone will interfere with the 5 GHz band of WiFi router. If this kept some 15cms away from the WiFi router it will cause disruptions as well as WiFi Network Outages for both 2.4 Ghz as well 5 Ghz bands. So keep it at-least 30 cms away from the WiFi router. Thus DTEC phone usability is nil. Further range from the base is short. If you go across 2 walls the phone signal will drop. There is no boost mode, only Normal and Eco.
