Works and cleans up as advertised
I acquired all 3 sizes to fit the different meal sizes I work with. First off, it's beautiful with the copper color and extra smooth finish, and aesthetically it just makes it feel better to use than all the other trays I have used. The first thing I tried to make is Bacon. I used the largest basket 16.5 X 12.5 but it was too short to cover the standard bacon package of up to 11 pieces. This package had only 9 pieces and I had to squeeze each piece up to make it all fit. The edges were touching which is a no-no as the pieces will cook together at the edges and be difficult to separate at the end of the cooking cycle. The flat tray with no basket I normally use is considerably longer and can accommodate a full package of eleven. The basket width is a little short also as the bacon strips are typically 13" long. The cooking went great! I got the recipe online at the Gotham Steel website to give their product a fair shot. Simple enough, 400 degrees for Oven bake at 15 to 18 minutes. PERFECT! All the other recipes I have ever tried using all different oven temperatures and cooking times have never worked out well as stated but this one was right on! Cleanup is a breeze as advertised with just a quick wash with soap and water! The only con I have is a safety one in that there is no easy and safe way to grab both the basket and tray together for removing from the hot oven. It's a little scary as there is nothing solid to grab onto to confidently hold them together. You have to be extremely careful not to squeeze too hard or you can literally flip the basket right out of the tray onto yourself. There should be some kind of mechanism to lock them together. Other than that, a GREAT PRODUCT!

Easy clean and functional
We have an air fry setting on our oven and this basket is great for fries or reheating anything. Food doesn’t stick, there’s no rust or flaking of the copper finish, and it heats evenly.

Good pan!
The media could not be loaded. This is a nice for my oven. I was hoping to get a similar effect as a countertop air fryer using this in my oven in the convention setting but it just takes too long so this is just used as a regular pan. It does help that it’s a basket style so things can crisp on the bottom. It’s very sturdy and feels high quality. It’s easy to clean too

Perfect
This works great in our oven air fryer. I really don’t believe it browns the underneath, I just flip half way through. Easy clean up! I would recommend.

OK a long as you are not serious about fried foods!
It's just OK. If you want an air fryer for your regular/convection oven, it works well enough. Nothing will ever replace frying or even a real air fryer. It was cheap, relatively easy to clean and store, and makes something that resembles french fries without the sin. BUT: No instructions. No recipes. The box directs you to a website to download recipes, but that website does not exist. Conflicting instructions on the web vs. the box it came in, regarding oil or no oil. Ditto, the dishwasher. So, unless you want to replicate frying a lot and very well, it's not a bad option, but otherwise, save your money.
