Smith :& Wesson's Men's Civilian Watch Rocks on....and on.....
For this price, I have to admit, it's just a kind of watch that you can wear without worries, get wet or other issues and it's time is always precise, love the movement and durability along with it's good looks. Perfect for daily wear.JamesRoswell, GA

Classic styling.
Great affordable watch. Elegant in its simplicity. No fancy bells and whistles, just a time piece that does exactly what it was designed to do. Tell time. Classic styling that goes with anything.

Arrived broken
Arrived with the second hand off the gear loose and moving around inside the crystal. Waiting on a replacement. Looked really nice otherwise.

Nice black watch
Smith and Wesson franchises this watch and I like it. It has kept perfect time for the first month, its easy to see, good quality. Japanese works in a Chinese base (but I guess that's the new globalization). The thick black leather strap is nice (the S&W metal watch band reportedly ears poorly and stains). For the price this is a fine battery operated all purpose watch, and it adequately replaces my lost $300 dollar one.........update: WATCH KEPT great time for two years, but leather band broke within a year...

Decent watch for the money
I like this watch because it's easy to read the time, the date is another story. The date display window is a little off and it's difficult to see the first digit of the date, not a deal breaker for me though. The band fits ok, I have big wrists and most watches don't fit, regardless of cost. The lining of band is coming beginning to crack and come apart and is very thin, I do leather work but wasn't expecting to make a new band for this watch after only wearing it for a week. If you do need to replace the band, keep in mind that this band is 7/8" wide instead of the average 3/4". Overall I like it because it's easy to read at a glance.

Not bad
The look and feel of the watch is great overall. Positives: it looks very slick with its gun metal and black face; time is kept just fine with no slow downs. Negatives: Not as waterproof as you would think, water seems to collect under the glass, hasn't affected the watches time keeping ability however it is annoying seeing water droplets on the glass when you go to check the time; the tail end of the band is short so the extra band loop is completely unneeded (I cut mine off as it would just slip around, doesn't hurt the look). Overall the watch is good and a nice step up from my previous casio digital.

I love leather watches
I love leather watches, specifically black ones. After over a year of use, still works great, changed the battery one time! Looks more expensive than it is, always a plus. Only thing that would've made it perfect for me is an LED, or if it was glow in the dark!
