It was great at first. But after 6 months first motor died . 1 month later the second motor died. I'm sure it won't be long before the rest go. Save your money and go for quality. This cheap Chinese things never last.Update: 2 years later and all motors died. Luckily, I was able to change the motors. One by one as they died, I replaced them. Still looks nice. The only other thing I don't like is the led's on the top, only lights up the top row. So I never turn the lights on.

Very good case and keeps my automatics wound up properly.Pro:1.) Can look up your watch vendor and set the Turns Per day (TPD) for exactly what is needed.2.) Holds a LOT of watches. May not be visible in the photos but there is a slot on each side of the LCD for non-automatic watches, so total capacity is 14.3.) Backlit screen controls. I don't know how many vendors cut corners here by not having the screen backlit. Major plus4.) Sturdy hinge. I've seen reviews of other vendor's cases and the hinges are the biggest criticism; not here.5.) As quite as advertised.Cons.1.) Bigger than expected. This may or may not be a con depending on where you plan to store it. I had to move some things around because I didn't realize how tall it was. No points off though, just FYI.2.) LED light for case is blocked by the top row of watches. While it can change colors, it is almost entirely obscured by the top row. My watches are 40-42MM in size so not that big, but they still block it. I would have liked the individual mounts to have a light-up ring around them like some other cases, but that would probably mean a significant price increase. I didn't buy this for the LED light, so no points off, but again, just FYI.

I bought 2 of these and they stopped working completely. There is power and the touch screens work; however, there is no rotation from any watch holders. I can not find any where at this time a link to contact the sellers to discuss.

I was drawn to these units as they were priced right, with the high-end Japanese motors in each one. The original listing for 12 watched indicated that each spindle was self-controlled by an individual motor . AAfter ordering, I found this to be incorrect information, it was HALF that. I informed the seller, and they indicated they would change the information. They did just that, but offered no concession to me in my purchase (I did get an additional discount for purchasing two). I received both, they were VERY thoroughly packed. VERY well. Best I have ever seen. However as I powered up the first one, it was DOA. I unpacked the second one, tried its power supply, and still nothing. After I unpacked the second one, it fired up immediately. The units are easy to program and use, and look gorgeous. I contacted Amazon Customer service and they had a replacement sent out to me, my only inconvenience was re=packing the unit for shipment back.

I purchased this winder 33 days ago. One of the motors went out. The return time frame is 30 days. I paid $600 dollars for a winder that quit working in a month. After looking at other reviews this seems to be a typical issue for this manufacturer. Do yourself a favor and pass on this model and any made by this manufacturer.

Purchased in February. After 6 months, one of the rotors are so slow that the watches on that rotor stopped.

The door is locked and can not be opened. There is no key found neither operation manual.I have received the key and manual as the seller informed to me. Thanks.
