Great shoe, good quality and fit

I have in the past used tennis shoes for yard work and found they are not the safest.I purchased these boots to help me when I’m in the yard stepping through trees and into bushes.They are durable and I love the steel toe that has keep my toes protected for when I bump into something or drop something.The boots are unfortunately not as comparable as they look. They are hard and heavy and do not bend easily. I love the water proof portion but found the bottom of the shoes not as gripping on concrete as I would have liked.

Size seems to be fairly close to correct but thats not the issues. The actual construction of the shoes leaves a lot to be desired. The tread is almost plasticy and doesn't hold the best on floors that have a bit of dust to them. The toe also seems to deform moderately easily.

I quite like these shoes because they are moderately protective and also lightweight. The tan color is a nice touch as it differentiates them from a lot of my other shoes and from my other steel toed boots. These fit comfortably and they have a relatively thick and moderate soft sole. Heavy duty steel toed shoes are usually not comfortable and they have heavy soles. These are relatively light.
