Pathetic customer service
It's not fitting the neck and not working .and can't be returned. These amazon customer care won't listen to you and just hang up without any response, I don't know why company pays them without doing any job ,better spend some money on some other good resources

No means to adjust its size for different neck circumference. Won't be effective if doesn't fit properly.

I don't even know how are others rating this massager as good. This is the worst massager, there is absolutely no impact or feeling of massage while using this massager. Please delist this product and save money of customers
