Not good for my car
Did not fit well on my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe.To much metal contact do to lack of padding.

Good thing it’s returnable.
Easy to assemble but didn’t fit snug and securely enough to my 2023 Chevy Bolt or my 2023 Kia Niro. Also the rubber pads that go under the tower feet did not stay attached securely. Had I kept this I would have used contact cement to keep rubber pads attached or I would have dipped the feet of the towers into a rubber coating a few times.

All parts included, instructions difficult
This took me an afternoon to install. I put it off for a while after it arrived as it seemed complicated, and boy, was it. I used my large step stool to get a good view on top of the roof, which I think is essential for installing it without ruining a shoulder or many curse words. The installation guide is the same front and back, which is a waste of ink considering how much information is left out. First, there are three sets of brackets depending on how wide the trim of your car is. This leaves you with 8 more brackets after installation is complete, which you can store? I guess? I'm holding onto them in case I ever have reason to move these rails to a different car. Second, those 12 brackets that come in the package only include 4 foam stick-on cushions. So if I ever did use the other 8 brackets for another car, I'd have to find my own cheap thin foam, I guess. Then it also wasn't clear that the caps have to go over the rubber inserts on the rails. Otherwise you have to cut down the rubber because it sticks out the other side. If you're trying to install and reading this for assistance, stuff the rubber to the end and hold it when you're adding the cap so it squeezes under the cap. Once I had those figured out, it was easier. I put it on the roof with the brackets to troubleshoot which brackets fit best, and the length of the rail on top. This required some adjusting as I did end up having to cut the rubber insert on the underside of the rails in order to bring the whole bracket assembly close together enough to get a good snug fit. Finally, some super glue wouldn't be amiss on the rubber feet for the connection to the roof of the car. They won't stay hooked into the metal for anything because they barely fit. In the end, after several tries and trips up and down the step ladder, I was able to get both rails secure and quite tight to the roof. I installed them on a 2013 Forester that has never had roof rails and I hope to use them in the future to carry a kayak or the like. The aluminum seems high quality and so do the steel brackets, so overall I give this 4 stars. Just make sure you come back here for install assistance once these arrive. For the price, I'm considering a second set for my other car as these are much cheaper than the custom ones the dealership installs.

Nice concept
Fairly well made. Works well, but possibly not for all vehicles. Was not a secure fit on our vehicle. But let a family member try on their vehicle and it worked well.
