Nice red palm oil
Great experience with this red palm oil. I was scared at beginning because I was associating with the hydrogenated palm oil. The hydrogenated Palm oil is very unhealthy can cause many diseases. But pure palm oil is a very good super food oil. It is oaky with higher temperature cooking even deep frying. The color may also a reason that scares people away, but actually the red color makes the food look better. The only part I don’t like is how they pack. Red palm oil is usually not liquid in a lower room temperature. It’s really have to get them out. It’s better to be packed in a jar than a bottle.

African palm fruit oil
This red palm oil has a very distinct flavor. I'm still not quite sure how I feel about it, as its not a flavor I grew up with. I've tried it in a couple of dishes and it tastes okay. I like the natural red color that it gives the dishes. I'm hoping to try it with other recipes in the future that make this ingredient shine.

The new superfood oil!!
I love cooking with this oil because of the high smoking point and the slight tint it gives whatever you're cooking. It also has a nice flavor to it. I also love using this oil as a carrier oil with my essential oils. It makes a great hair oil, and I also use it in oils for my skin. It is high in so many essential vitamins and nutrients. I believe it is my new favorite carrier oil. I highly recommend!!This oil is from Ecuador.

it does exactly what its designed to do
It's red palm oil - emphasis on the 'red' aspect. It's a light pink colour, and solid at room temperatures.I know taste is subjective, but I enjoy the flavour. It's not objectionable.I pan fried breaded chicken cutlets in it. They turned a bit more golden due to the hue of the oil, which made them more appealing, visually.

Surprised it is semi-solid.
When I opened the bottle, I was surprised to find that this 100% pure red palm oil is semi-solid. Easy enough for the first few uses, as we spooned out a couple of tablespoons into our frying pan for tonight's dinner that included a crispy fried tofu. Due to the balanced composition of saturated and unsaturated fats, this oil has a high smoking point, making it ideal for this recipe. The oil itself did a great job, while adding a red tinge to the outside of tofu, which blended nicely into our dish that included a red curry sauce. Not sure what we'll do when we get halfway into the bottle and need to try getting the solid oil out. Don't think we'll be able to squeeze it out, but we'll see.

Delicious Flavor!
This Ghana Heritage, Red Palm Oil has a delicious flavor; it makes the best Spanish rice. It does semi-solidify a little in the bottle but I just used a long spoon to get it out. This is easy to cook with and gives whatever you're cooking a pretty color. The Value is decent!

Good oil, packaging issue
I was not sure I'd be able to use this oil. When it arrived, the plastic bottle was hard as a brick. The oil inside was solid and I could not even squeeze it to get any oil from the narrow mouth.I decided to treat it like crystalized honey and soak it in a bath of very warm water. That seemed to loosen up the main contents, though the oil at the mouth remained a thick paste. I spooned some out for testing. In a high heat pan, the oil, which resembled pureed carrots, did liquify and work like normal oil. The color was orange-red. I used it to cook a few items at the oil smoke point which was very high. Red Palm Oil smoke point is ~450F, which seemed about what I saw.It did imbue a good flavor and I think would be good for sauteeing and possibly even frying since it has the same smoke point as peanut oil.I think bottles with larger mouths and recommendation to soften the oil in the bottle in hot water would be an improvement.
