Ready for the windows change.
This computer was very easy to set up and transfer information from my old computer . It was nice that it came with Excel, Word and pivot tables. The graphics and sound are very good. I prefer Dell computers. My last one is still working and it’s 10 years old, but I cannot upgrade it to the new windows.

Speedy service. Ordered Friday afternoon, arrived Monday morning. Customer support was great too. Software was not in box. Within a 1/2 hr of sending email to Amazon, had response from Seller with link to download software and license key. Very happy with laptop and customer service.

how do you access the Microsoft License for the software
Laptop is great.. I still don't know how to access the Microsoft license.. I have contacted them about that but havent heard Back yet... Otherwise its a very nice unit...

No Microsoft Office Liftetime license
Microsoft Office Lifetime License code was not included or pre-installed on laptop. Reached out to vendor (EvoTech) who provided an expired license code. Then the vendor (EvoTech) suggested sending laptop back for them to install the software (and refuse to provide a proper active license code). Laptop works so far for what I need, but no still Microsoft Office Lifetime License.

question on Office 365
The apps invoke fine but every time I get a message wanting me to sign 'sign in', but the Office info included says not to respond to any 365 prompts - how can I get these prompts to stop every time I start Excel, etc.? Thanks
