I made the mistake of buying this unit. I'm writing this review to save you from purchasing it too. If you needed to depend on this to jump start your car to get you to the hospital, you might as well call the coroner cause this thing will disappoint you 9 times out of 10! I can't stress enough, DON'T BUY IT! It works like CRAP. Maybe the stupid USB charger thing is desirable, but as a booster, it is JUNK! I will go back to the old style booster packs, or get one from a different mfg, I may give this as a gift to somebody I really hate...

Worked 1 time then doesnt. When I recd it I charged my iPad with it. 2 months later with full charge, it won’t charge anything via usb.Please advise if I can return or get a replacement etc. thank you

I had this in my truck for about 8 months, just charged it and forgot about it untill my battery died after being at the airport for a week with a cargo light on. I pulled out the pack and hooked it up and presto! It started my 5.7L V8 hemi on my 2019 ram1500. I was very pleased! I brought it home after and set it to charge and it was still at 91%. Think about that. This is in FL heat and sitting for months. I highly recommend!
