Will Not Fall Out
First off, let me say I have been a Jaybird user since 2012 when I first started cycling. I owned the original Freedom, then the Jaybird X1s, later the X2s, then the Freedom 2, and now the Jaybird Run. I have always loved their products and have never had an issue with customer service or product replacement.Pros: The sound quality is great for what I need. They block out other noise and you can customize how you want your sound (bass, mid, treble). These will NOT fall out. Cycling, running, weight lifting, cleaning around the house; they are secure and comfortable. I have also sweat like a banchi from several workouts and have no issues with them.If you can’t get them to fit-I’m sorry but you’re an idiot. The directions for fitting are simple and there are plenty of ear tips/blades for different anatomically shaped ear holes. You can also customize how you want the buttons to perform (one click, two click, or hold click on each side). The charging case is really neat. This is also how you can update the firm ware via the app on your computer. Pretty easy to figure out even if you’re a non-technical person. The battery I think lasts a good 4 hrs, however it also depends on use (obviously), how many times during the charge they’re turned on and off, the weather you’re using them in (colder vs warmer temps) and how far they have to receive the signal from your Bluetooth device. I’m using an iPhone X and they connect/synch right away.Cons: The only con I have found is SOMETIMES the left earbud may loose signal with the right. This however is when I’m walking across the gym (more than 25ft) from my phone and some fat resolutioner who only goes to the gym one month after the New Year walks by my right side. I have NOT experienced any of these “horrid experiences” others have mentioned. If there is another con it’s the possibility of them getting lost since they aren’t connected and not very big. I started a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of carrying the bag which comes with them and keeping them inside of it as soon as I turn them off. The only time I take them out of the bag is to use or charge.Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF): Buy these. They work great and will absolutely not fall out. I’m not a sound geek so I can’t compare them to the Bose or rip off Beats. If you’re a sound nerd, then buy headphones for sound. If you’re a workout peep, want headphones that won’t have to be pushed in every five minutes, and can block all outside noise-these are for you.For all the Jaybird haters out there. Two words for you: Customer Service. All company’s have this for a reason. I have used the Jaybird customer service a few times in the past and have been treated fairly and they resolved my issues quickly. They will replace your product if you got a defective one.

Unacceptable performance at this price point
Bad connectivity:Right out of the box, the left ear bud kept cutting out. The right earbud is the "master". It connects to your phone, the left earbud only connects to the right earbud. Presumably the constant cutting in and out was the left side losing connection to the right side.Contacted manufacturer and received a lengthy form email offering several "fixes" making it apparent that this is a known and ongoing problem. Firmware updates, soft reset, hard reset, confirm source has most up to date software. Did all of them. Very minor improvement. Over the course of two weeks I kept using them and I did notice that sometimes they worked a little better. A little better means that they only cut out or had trouble once during the course of a 3-5 min song. Using them almost every day for two weeks, I never had more than five minutes without trouble connecting, mainly with the left ear. I did notice that if I got them working well, it only lasted until my phone moved. While on a treadmill with my phone sitting in front of me things worked well. take the phone off the treadmill and put it in my right pocket as recommended by the manual, things got glitchy. Phone in my pocket while I am sitting down, get up and move and things get glitchy. It's like it has to adjust every time the phone moves in relation to the right headphone.Phone calls/Mic:Phone calls were a bit of a gamble. Half the time, they did not connect the audio. Caller could hear me, I could not hear the caller. Had to remove an earbud, switch to phone. Again, ridiculous at this price point.Video Lag:There is no way around video lag with these headphones. You will have about a half second delay between the video and audio. While I use them mostly for working out, I can't imagine spending this kind of money for headphones that I can't even use to watch a video.Single use problem:With other wireless buds I have owned, you can use one or both headphones. This is handy if you are trying to extend battery life by using one while the other charges, or even if you would like to keep one ear open to what's going on around you(a consideration as the Jaybird Run headphones are effectively earplugs, very hard to hear anything going on around you with them in) You can use the right headphone only, but if you ever want to use the left only, the right has to be on, outside the case, and close enough to the left side to maintain connection. Again, ridiculous at this price point.Cold weather charging issue:It's cold here right now. When I leave the charger in the car overnight or even while I go into the gym, it gets cold. When the case is cold, it will not charge headphones until it warms up. Never became a functional issue, but as I like to be outside in the winter, I can see that it would be.THE POSITIVES!:There are two good things about these headphones. Fit is great with the included wings and tips. If I pushed them in, rotated them a little toward the back of my head until the wing settles into the fold of my ear, and then rotate them forward a bit, they were rock solid. Running, mountain biking, yard work. Never had one fall out. After a couple hours though, my ears did get a little sore. Not terrible, but noticable.Battery life seemed good too. I never used them for more than a couple hours, but according to the app, that never took them below 50%.All in all, the performance was lower than the cheap $40 true wireless headphones I bought them to replace. The cheap ones OCCASIONALLY, maybe once every couple hours, cut out. The consistent and repeated poor performance of these headphones is simply unacceptable for headphones that cost this much. I wouldn't accept it with headphones I only paid $40 for.I have started the return process with Amazon.

Great last minute replacement
I bought these wireless earbuds on the basis that my first pair of AirPods Pro are finally on their last leg and at the moment do not have the money to get the pros 2. The price of these earbuds was what drew me to get them. I paid into the fast shipping and was actually please with how quickly they arrived. Over all quality of the earbuds is good. Functions take a few to understand, the fit was a bit weird but the extra ear tips made a difference into finding the right fit for my ears. For my gym people, these are really great for those who sweat, run or do quick movements. They did not fall off not one bit during my workouts. Jaybird recommends getting their app to help with the EQ of the buds to maximize the experience but so far the app hasn’t been able to connect to the buds but honestly I don’t really mind it, I just needed a temporary wireless earbuds for the gym and these are worth the price. Seller provided a great product at a great price, will look into their listings for any other electronic needs I have in the future.
