Great product and customer service
Love the chandelier. Simple to assemble. There was a glass piece broken upon arrival so the seller shipped a replacement and had it delivered within a few days.

Beautiful!
Chandelier arrived yesterday and we put it up today. Perfectly packaged without missing parts or scratches. We were putting up the medallion, so we needed a longer threaded tube thing. Not a big deal. They are just a couple dollars at the hardware store. The light was easy to assemble and install. The light bulb sockets are on hinges. I pointed them all down to protect the little metal connector parts for the crystals when I assembled thearms. All the holes easily lined up and went together quickly. After we installed the fixture, my husband liked the look of every other light being left pointed down into the crystal strings. He tried with them pointed at an angle towards the ceiling, but we didn't like it as much as having them horizontal to the floor. It is fun to have the option of moving them for different lighting effects! The diagram was easy to understand and the crystal parts were well labeled in a bag with each individual string of crystals in their own individual bags. I carefully slid out the crystal strings and then used the bag to pick them up and place them so the end little metal ring could be picked up and attached. This kept them clean and free of fingerprints. This was a fun Saturday afternoon project. My 15 year old son loved hanging the crystals! He hung up the medallion and learned how to safely switch out light fixtures. We are all very proud of our finished Chandelier! It is a beautiful addition to our dining room and adds the amount of light we needed.

Love this chandelier for my master closet
I was not sure I should order it after reading the reviews, but I didn't want to pay for an expensive chandelier for a closet. Yes, the instructions could have been better, but I took my time. I had one glass holder that had 5 holes for crystals to hang while the other 4 had only 4 holes. There are enough crystals that I don't really notice. I am 71 & have MS, but I was still able to hang this by myself. I had to rewire because I hung it first with the chain, but realized I didn't need it. I should have measured first & cut the wire shorter before putting it together.

Stunning but cumbersome to assemble
Stunning! I actually haven’t put all the glass on it yet because that is fairly cumbersome but honestly I’m not sure if I will. It might be overkill. It’s a beautiful piece and makes my music studio elegant. Also, when you assemble it, be sure to note that there’s a pattern to the metal structure pieces. You have to put them on “every other” or when you go to attach the glass it won’t come out right.

Crystal chandelier
I didn’t realize I would have to put it together but I’m an older lady and easily completed the chandelier. It is just beautiful. The crystals are all glass. Very sparkly.

Came in a lot of pieces
I’ve purchased two other chandeliers from another site and they came in one piece and you just install them. This one came in a lot of pieces and nothing was wired together and there weren’t any instructions on how to put it together. When I went to check for an installation video I saw they switched it out for a different chandelier so I’m not sure the reviews on this listing match the item being sold if they keep switching it out. It’s a beautiful piece otherwise but if you’re not handy you will probably have to hire someone to put it together. Update: The seller offered me a refund or new item if I give them my mailing address which I did. Now they’re saying sorry can’t help you when they’re the ones who offered it. They harvested my mailing address.

Pretty, but a bunch of broken stuff, and no instructions
It is a pretty chandelier - I got this for my wife for the closet, it is just the right size. The quality is pretty chintzy. When I got it, two of the glass "bowls" that sit under the bulbs were broken. Instructions are a joke - there is a crappy diagram. It was not hard to install, if you have a clue how to install electrical, but the configuration of each part took some figuring out, and depending on how far you have gotten, you may need to disassemble everything to fix a small mistake. Not explained anywhere... of the little glass bowls, most have 4 hooks, one has 5. They are hardly noticeable... the one that has 5 goes on top, the other 5 go under the light bulbs... if you don't know to look, this may cost some time and frustration. Also, each little crystal is essentially separate- allow some time to hook each one on, especially if you struggle with tedious tasks. On a positive note, they sent me a replacement and still gave me 30 days to return the old one... It was mostly installed, and I just needed the extra couple of glass bowls to replace the broken ones and did not want to disassemble everything and start over, so that was nice.
