Great "ice"pack!!! Perfect size for my knees... I'm bone against bone in both knees and after being on my feet all day, by the time I get home from work, my knees are screaming at me! Take these out of the freezer, sit down in the recliner, mold them to my knees and about 30 minutes later I have a smile on my face again!! AND the fact that this is a two pack and you have two knees... whoa!... i mean this couldn't have worked out any better!!!

These work so well! I had surgery on my foot and have to be in a boot for 20 hours a day. I’ll put it behind my knee to help with pain and swelling. They get really cold so sometimes I have to wrap it a hand towel because it too cold for my knee. They are so soft and stay cold for a while.

Definitely the Rolls Royce of cold packs. The fact that it still conforms to the shape of you body when fresh frozen forms the freezer earns five stars! Also the micro suede finish on one side allows comfort when directly touching skin!

I recommend this mat, but not the odor as it does smell very plastic-like. I love the fact that this has two sides and can be used on the fuzzy side when it’s very cold. Once it loses its temperature you can flip it over and get a little bit longer out of the pad. It’s so big that I keep mine outside in the winter and can take it inside for icing on my knee that I had surgery on.

These worked great after my wife's back surgery. They cool down fairly quickly and hold the cold as long as most. They also stay very flexible, so they conform to the body well. The pads come with zipper bags for when they are in the freezer, keeping frost from building up on them, as well as travel bags for use on trips. Money well spent.
