How long will this product last unopened?

It's shelf-stable. According to their website, which can be easily accessed with a quick google search, the FAQ states: HOW LONG DOES THE PRODUCT LAST? You should consume your Elmhurst product by the date printed at the top of the container (which is six months from the date of manufacture). After opening, you must refrigerate the carton. The product will last about 7 to 10 days in refrigerated conditions.

$7.5 each? Why so expensive? Six pack is now $45??? Singles are less that $5.00 in our local stores. Lame.

This product started out at $4.95 a carton--the same price as it was at the farm fresh stands in NJ. When I went back to order again it was over $12 a carton! My problem is I can't buy it where I live, so I just make my own.

Why is elmhurst milk sold online so much more expensive than in the stores? i buy it at wegman’s for $5.99 for 32oz. you are selling for well over $7!

It’s not just online, I see it for sale in my local organic grocery stores for $7.99! It all depends on your local area & proximity to the local grocery stores that provide this type of product. I find it hard to buy this in my local area & have to buy it from Elmhurst directly in a monthly subscription.

I have ordered this product twice now. i ordered cashew both times. the first time i was sent almond...then this last time pecan. i just want cashew
