This stuff is great. Can't drink most electrolyte drinks so this has REALLY helped and I absolutely can tell the difference. I'll take it when I need replacing from the heat we live in but also before and after any drinking, along with tons of water. It definitely has helped in both instances.

I'm on a medication that tanks my blood sodium levels and leaves me really dizzy and nauseous. For me, they're definitely worth the money and I'll continue to buy them while I remain on this medication.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Capsules are easy to swallow and I haven't found any powdered formulas where I enjoy the taste. Plus, I travel a lot. Much easy to carry these around than loads of packets and they don't require a pint of water to dissolve them. I can take them to breakfast and easily swallow them with my other vitamins.
