I’ve been taking the Tenmido Organic Chlorella Supplement for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m pretty happy with it. The blend of ingredients is impressive—chlorella, spirulina, sea moss, and all the extras like gotu kola and bacopa make it a well-rounded supplement. I took this supplement for a little over a week but didn’t notice any changes. When I first opened the bottle, there was a strong smell. Even when taking the recommended dose before a meal, per directions, I still felt very nauseous. I don’t see myself continuing with this supplement, but based on my research, the active ingredients seem to offer significant health benefits.

This is an easy to take supplement with i gradients that eliminates several of my regular supplements because it has it all in 1. I really like that it is 2 capsules daily. Easy to take and I have had no adverse reactions. Since I was taking most of these ingredients separately before trying this, I can only attest to the fact that I have not noticed any lack of results compared to taking them separately.
