It Works Well For Me
This neck stretcher is reasonably firm, but with enough give to make it comfortable to use. I find it helps me relieve the tension in my neck after heavy days of manual work. It's a case of laying back and allowing it to gently open out the vertebrae and re-align your spine again. Used often I find it quite effective. I think it's reasonable value, considering the beneficial effect to can have, though everyone is different of course, and it will depend entirely on your individual body shape and the condition you are trying to treat.

Needs to be used often to be effective
I ordered this to help with neck tension and poor posture from sitting at a desk and carrying small children. It is effective if you use it regularly. Although it is well built, with a bit of give i didn't personally find it very comfortable to use. This might be as it is doing the job it's intended to. I've found it a bit of a chore to persevere with the neck stretcher, however when i do it seems to ease some tension. The product is well made, with a good finish. It feels like a quality item, justifying the price tag.

Effective for neck pain relief
I ordered this for neck pain relief due to wrong posture and I can confirm this neck stretcher is useful for relieving the tension around my neck and shoulder. The build quality is good and it's comfortable to use. I used it once a day at night before sleep and my neck and shoulder feel less tension. It is priced at £21.98 at the time of review, which I think is reasonable considering the build quality and effectiveness.

Comfortable effective neck support
This item is well made and has some "sponginess" on top of the firmness required to so its job. It puts your neck into the correct position opening up the cervical spine easing symptoms. It also helps apply some key pressure on the neck muscles adjacent to the spine to help. Certainly has helped reduce my neck stiffness after a long day. Recommended

Effective
Does the job for forcing your neck back into a correct posture, providing the cause is not more severe of course.Easy to use, easy to store, easy to convince yourself to use it a few times per day for a few minutes without becoming some major operation.Just a bit pricey at over £21 (at time of review).

Great releif for forward head posture
I use this with people I work with at work who have excessive kyphosis (increased upper back curve) and forward head posture. It works perfectly for those who can't naturally bring their head back due to poor posture, which offers a great supportive training aid.I've also used it myself several times too, and it feels like the bumps are putting pressure parts of my neck where relief is needed. It has a bit of give to it too, so its not totally solid, which makes it feel good too. It's also quite relaxing when your laid there stretching your neck out. I easily fall into a daydream every time. I'd recommend.

Take it easy and follow the instructions
Ok, so I have seen these used quite often and always wondered how well they work. They always seemed to look quite uncomfortable so I put off buying. When this became available to order I thought why not give it a go as I currently have a lot of issues with neck pain, mainly caused by my TMJ (which is horrific at the mo).I found this neck stretcher to have a slight yield to it, meaning it was not a hard as I expected it to be. It does take some getting used to but it does come with instructions on how to properly use it, including as a beginner by using one side before switching it around for a greater stretch.Due to the time contraints for review, I cannot state the impact of long term use but I am enjoying taking 10-15 mins out of my day, popping on some music and just relaxing into the stretch. It does also advise to move around slightly to hit different points in the neck, so if you find one area to be uncomfortable you may just need to move positions. As far as value for money, at the tiome of review, this appears to be a good price compared to others on the market.
