The Lastrap Ankle Support provides excellent levels of pain relief in 3 ways. The 1st is by gently compressing the ankle area. This is a very well-known method and works quickly and effectively. The 2nd method is by offering a good level of support. This is also a very well-known method of pain relief but takes longer to be realised. The 3rd method of pain relief is all about temperature. The Thermovibe pad that comes with the Lastrap Ankle Support gently warms up from the heat in your ankle. It then helps to keep the ankle from getting too hot or too cold. It can also be frozen to help with swelling. When combined, these three methods of reducing ankle pain are incredibly effective.

Some people prefer to put the Thermovibe pad in the freezer and cool it before inserting it into the Lastrap Ankle Support, cooling the area is also an accepted method of reducing pain.
