Olli Salumeria, Pre-Sliced Salami, Best Sellers - Calabrese, Genoa, Sopressata (4 oz, 3 Pack)

Bought on a “what if”. Found all three flavors very good. I wonder how they'd hold up via shipping with no cool paks?

I absolutely love this Olli salami. This is good meat. Really, really good meat. You can tell that they use very authentic Italian salami methods, but the flavor is better than other Italian salamis I've tried, both here in the U.S. and in Europe. I eat these things all the time on sandwiches, snacks, my charcuterie board, and just plain slices as a quick protein meat snack. Since they're not found in most of my nearby grocery stores, I've been buying them more and more on Amazon. Fantastic meat!!!!!

Received my 3 pack, all with a sell by date of 06.09.2025. Today is 05.31.2025. 2 of the 3 packages are spoiled and moldy. I have had this product before and I love it, because it tastes like my grandfather's homemade sausage. But putting the single "good" package on top of 2 "spoiled" packages is a rotten thing to do! I wanted to add this to meat platter for my friends memorial service tomorrow.** NOTE these pictures were taken 15 minutes after receiving delivery.

First of all, this salami has great taste. There’s no bad aftertaste and there’s a mild amount of pepper flecks throughout each very thin slice. (Love the thin slices). This salami is not hot, and the texture is smooth. Now, for the less good experience —- two of the three packages arrived with the salami color looking “off”. So I immediately refrigerated it and decided to check on it in a few weeks. Lo and behold, when I checked back on it, the one package had good color and the salami was good, but the other two packages showed that the salami was even more discolored and spoiled. It seems the factory packaging did not make it through shipping. So great salami, need better packaging for online sales.

This was tasty. Will buy again for sure.

They are delicious! I love Genoa salami and this is one of the best.

I got the variety pack for a football party this weekend and paired them with one of the Olli trays I had grabbed at the grocery store. The thinner cut slices are definitely my preference, the flavor comes across better in my opinion. Taste wise, the Sopressata was the the crowd pick and my husband and I love the spicy Calabrese. Will definitely be adding to holiday hosting boards.
