Liked: the whole in the middle, a good idea to get some better sound.Disliked: Too uncomfortable. cant wear them for prolonged periods of time without hurting your ears. Much harder sponge, smaller and thinner than the original - see attached photo. I had to go back to using the originals, and either try and clean them up or find a much better set of replacements. The originals I can wear indefinitely, the new ones i have to constantly readjust after they get uncomfortable after about 30mins - 1 hour.

I personally cannot tell the difference between these and the stock pads my headphones came with, they're a little firmer than the stock ones, but they sound identical, making these a good upgrade if you lose/rip your stock ones.

Excellent comfort, better than the grado original pads IMHO, good quality feel to them. Seem more durable than orignals .

I can wear my headphones for longer now. Grado's original pads pressed to hard and made them hurt, but these new ones are a substantial improvement.

Good product - more comfortable than those supplied with the headphones.
