Works well
It's decent smartphone. It works well and the price was right. One of the most dependable phones I've owned.

Solid base-model phone
Owned it for little over a week so far.Hardware wise I think the phone is great for the pricepoint. Solid build and it looks good imo. I love that I'm able to swap out parts when I need to and that it has a headphone jack. Battery lasts really long too. Only thing which is lackluster in my opinion is the camera but most of that is software as the whitebalance tends to be off a lot of the time.Software wise it's okay. It definitely has a little bloat when you first get it though that's standard for android nowadays afaik; I removed most of the starter apps and replaced the default launcher with the nexus launcher. It also feels a fair bit slower coming from a flagship Zenfone, but considering this the baseline model I don't think it's fair to compare the two. Imo you'll definitely need to turn on adaptive refresh because out of the box it feels a lot worse than it actually is with the fixed 60hz. Working with my Mint plan flawlessly and hasn't had any issues with Bluetooth or WiFi so far, but on their website they do say it is incompatible with Verizon so if you use a Verizon plan best to look for another phone.Would highly recommend for those who simply want a basic daily driver.

Repairable, Customizable (maybe), Right price
tested disassembly and it is pretty easy to reach the major components whenever they need to be replaced (battery, USB port, etc). Performance is acceptable with adaptive refresh enabled. Sufficient for those who don't do anything more stressful than browse, watch a video, and take a few snapshots.Tested sending it back for a repair to have the software reset/refreshed as unable to use the volume button + power button to do a hard reset. Took a week for them to mail it back for 15 minutes of work. Also not yet gotten them to share a flashable firmware/OS but the bootloader is unlockable so it may be possible to load GSI or other OS.Good device with enough US bands that we get full bars on T-Mobile.

Good phone, missing cable
Would have rated this higher but the USB cable was missing. The phone itself is great, and it's nice to know I have the ability to repair it unlike other phones. It functions just as good, if not better than my Pixel phone.

Right to repair A+
Great phone for people who break their phone pretty regularly like myself. I can take it apart and replace the screen without destroying the phone or voiding the warranty. Operation is smooth. I am farsighted and I can make stuff bigger so I can read it without my readers. Very happy with this phone. I plan to keep it a long time.

Okay if you can deal with A LOT of bugs
Despite this product being fully compatible with the Verizon network, regardless of what Verizon May say, A decent number of the features will not work. It will also randomly drop calls and switch Bluetooth devices making use in the car pretty much impossible if you have a smartwatch. I do regret buying it, but I do like the concept of an easily repairable phone. It's just a shame that's only available in a model that doesn't work very well. It's not a terrible phone, but the glitches and the software bugs make it unusable. If they would fix that it would be a great phone. If they could also figure out how to get it working on the Verizon network, because it is fully compatible to use that band, would be amazing. They did not state anywhere that is not compatible with verizon. This is also partially Verizon's fault because they don't give you a list of compatible models. As much as I would love to recommend this phone, I honestly can't. The outfits are impossible to find online. The release dates are flat out lies for the new outfits. Getting anything to work with these Pogo pins is essentially impossible. It's just overall very negative experience. I will be returning mine.
