Pulley fell off with shaft tip of original craftsman "4hp" pump. This pump was not an exact fit, but close enough. Decided against v-type because of fit. It's a quiet little pump, and seems to work about as well as the original. The exit heat sink puts the pressure outlet kinda low, but I made it work. Damn motor went out soon after the pump. That's another review.

My compressor arrived and the box was saturated with oil. I should have sent back immediately. But I filled up to the level with proper compressor oil and it leaked during operation and the motor seized . Vevor is giving me a run around. I’m loosing all faith in Vevor products.

Right off the bat, everything connected seamlessly to it. I purchased it to replace the one on my Kobalt quiet tech 26 gal compressor. The foot print is slightly bigger but not an issue. Took it way less than 5 mins to fill the tank to 120 psi. Would definitely recommend. Vevor has my vote.

This is the second pump I have ordered. The first for a neighbor, the second for me. All things are the same,they are used on water wells, his seems to to produce more cfms. This is not a problem because we over engineer, but it could be a problem where cfms are important. Fast delivery. Work great so far.

Super quiet, fills my 20 gallon tank within a few minutes. Time will tell how it holds up, but as of now all is good!

On the lower priced ones it does not show an air filter so I paid a few bucks more for this one. It is an off size so I had to drill new mounting holes (surprise?). But it is working on my old U S General tank. I had to buy new pulley for the motor to keep the speed down and I had to remove the head and change it ( and the valve plates) around to make it fit and work. It takes longer to get to full pressure than the old pump but it does get there. I think I should have bought the V shape compressor ( a bit more expensive but should work better and last longer) But this one does make 120 PSI and does pump air. We will see.
