great find for home workouts
I'm really impressed with this pilate board. It's extremely convenient as it folds easily. The variety of exercises possible is amazing. My workouts are now more diverse and effective. After just a week of using it for a short 5-10 minutes at a time, I could already feel the positive effects. It truly is a great replacement for studio sessions, allowing me to work out whenever I want at home.
