Should i rinse the flannel after i use it with castor oil or leave it with oil in the bag and reuse? and can i wash it in the washing machine?

You can keep reusing quite a few times before having to wash it. If you don't use it all the time you can put it in a plastic bag and freeze it until the next time you want to use it.
