I have used this honey before and I must say it is of very high quality. Local raw honey is very comparable in taste and quality to this company’s honey. The issue for me, however, is that you can purchase about twice the amount of honey for a little bit less on Amazon. For that reason, it makes buying this specific honey very costly over time. Other than pricing, the product itself is of high-quality, and most importantly, it’s obvious this company cares about their customers.

The honey is tasty and easy to store. My husband and I received a mead making kit for Christmas and are trying this for the second time hence the additional honey purchase. Instructions are easy to follow and our first time was a success due to that. I enjoy the company's product and attention to detail.

I ordered this honey for a batch of mead I was making and it turned out excellent! The complexity and taste of this honey is much different than what I’ve used in the past from the grocery store. I bought a second package to keep around the kitchen for baking since it's so pure and delicious, I’m excited to try the other honey varities they have available as well!

Very good Hawaiian honey used in making mead. Highly recommend.

Instructions are clear and easy to follow

When I got this I did not realize it was for beer making. There isn't anything listed in it that only makes it usable for beer making. That said I found it to taste like any other honey, but I am by no means a honey connoisseur, just a regular person. I do love that it comes in a squeeze pouch instead of a bottle. Hopefully this will keep the honey from crystalizing like it often does. If you were to go buy this much honey at a club store for regular home use it would cost you less, so I don't feel like this is a fantastic value for someone using it for regular everyday use.. However, since it is intended for beer making and I got it not realizing that, it may be a much better value than I would know about. You will just have to compare for yourself and see if it is a good value for you,
