Arch Angels Children's Comfort Insoles - 3/4 Length Orthotic Arch Support for Kids (Childrens 13-1)

I got these for my son who has flat feet and severely underpronates. He has custom orthotics but hates to wear them and at only 3 this causes some real tantrums within an hour of wear. So knowing that he needed SOMETHING to support his body I got these. He LIKES them. For the first time yesterday he actually brought me his shoes and wanted them on, and he wore them ALL day without any complaints. He was running, jumping, and really just enjoying himself!The reason I gave them only 4 stars is that unfortunately they don't fit in the shoe with the factory insole and they aren't full length. So how I remedied this was cutting the factory insole just before the end of the "arch angel" so he can still have padding at his forefoot and toes. This seems to have worked out perfectly. Now his heel sits nicely in the cup of the shoe and there is no popping out or sliding off. Something to consider doing if you know your child is the only who will ever wear them. Hand me down shoes should be avoided anyhow due to breakdown and differences in foot pronation, supination, arch heights, and gait person to person. Wearing shoes broken into one persons feet can wreak havoc on another's feet.

My son just had the size 11 arch angel given to him by the podiatrist (even though he wore a size 12 shoe) for flat feet and when he moved up to a larger size 1 shoe we purchased these. When I look at the way they are curved on his foot compared to the size 11 they look different so I hope they are the proper fit for his shoe size. He only had on the size 11 for about a month and he started complaining of leg pain again within a day or too before moving up in shoe sizes. I'm not sure yet what I think but currently he isn't complaining of leg pain anymore so that's a good thing. I did see him start running for more than 2 minutes with the purchase of the first pair of arch angels so I have high hopes. It would be helpful to have a diagram showing exactly where the arch support is supposed to line up with his foot (like a shaded range) and what the different parts of the arch support do to assist with supporting his feet.

I heard great reviews in regards to the product. After two shipments of the wrong size and the second one having the package be filthy I give up. Do not buy.

My son has a bit of a flat-footed step - and the wear on his shoes showed it so I bought a pair of these to see if they'd help him. (I also wear arch supports). Regardless, they had an immediate impact on his stance and the wear pattern on the new pair of shoes we got him at the same time is proving to be MUCH more even.Also - and worth mentioning - he used to complain on a regular basis (nightly almost) about his knees hurting. I always assumed that the pains were growing pains and would give him a vitamin. Regardless, he stopped complaining about his knees the day we got these into his shoes.

Very good, this is the second size I am buyingBut thick mold, so need to consider in shoes tgat are slightly loose or big on fit, and not tight fit otherwise wont be comfortable

My daughter is 7, and she has extremely narrow, flat feet and extremely small heels. She is also very sensitive to clothing and shoes. When it was suggested she wear an insole, I was afraid she wouldn't be able to handle the feeling of them in her shoes. But after reading reviews on the Arch Angels, I gave them a try. My daughter loves them. She says they are springy and outside of that doesn't notice them. I appreciated all the information on their website.

Needed to find a good insole for my 7 year old due to collapsed arches. Its super hard to buy things like this on the internet, especially when you don't know how these are going to fit. I read a lot of great reviews and went for it. These have been a blessing!. Not only do they fit well, but after several months of wearing them my kiddo no longer complains of her feet and ankles hurting. Score!!!

These are fantastic for the money. My daughter has had custom insoles for several years now. These are a great alternative and seem to work just as well at a fraction of the cost. I wear a womens size 6.5 and ordered a 4/5 for my self. Love these.
