Listen up HP Office Jet printer users: THESE WORK.
ISSUE - HP Office Jet Pro 8620 - the entire printer would not work. I purchased (on Amazon) the "official" HP cartridges, and the printer's prompt was "these are not official HP cartridges", so I could not use the printer. I went back onto Amazon and found Sotek cartridges. I inserted them into the printer and was again prompted "not official HP cartridges", however this time the option of "OK" appeared. I pressed "OK" and the printer accepted the cartridges and began loading them. The printer was up and running ! Apparently the "UPDATED V8 CHIP in the cartridges makes a difference. At my work, same thing happened with their Office Jet Pro 8620, so I ordered more of the Sotek cartridges for them. Same thing happened with my roommate's HP Office Jet Pro 8610, so I ordered more of the Sotek cartridges and they work on that printer as well. And the price savings is off the charts. Sotek so much more afford able than the HP "official" cartridges. When installing into your printer, remember to remove the tab off of each cartridge. I got the XL cartridges and all of the colors are working well. I notice they are made in China. Wish they made them in USA.

Perfect Substitute for HP Ink
Took some finagling to get the cartridge to be recognized, but I have noticed no difference in quality in articles I print out. I have used these inks in tandem with HP inks and there was no issue.So worth buying this because the crooks at HP charge too much.

Its great to get a good price on ink cartidges that work in my HP 8620 printer. I bought refills from Costco ( where I bought the printer ) and their refills didn't work . This is my second Time using these and they work great .

Sotek products are reliable...
Sotek products work well but the one time we had a problem they immediately replaced the Cartridge that seemed to cause a problem.
