Blood and lots of it
Okay so let me start off by saying this brush head will definitely clean your teeth, but you will feel like you are being tortured. For some, that might be okay. I thought I was one of those people, but after 3 brushes my gums are raw and there is always blood on the toothbrush. I thought it may be an adjustment period, but I can't do this anymore.

Need more flexibility
I have a small mouth with extra bone structure. The current material that these are made of is rigid and causes mouth sores. The concept is great, just needs to be softer and more flexible.
