Works well for trigger finger issue.
I used to wear a fingerless compression glove for my trigger finger issue; these replacements have a much smaller footprint (no pun intended) and work just as well. In fact, when I used to wear the glove, people would sometimes not want to shake my hand. That doesn't happen with these. And even though they are thicker, they are much easier to remove than a full glove. My only complaint is that they pick up particles of lint and hair sometimes and after a while of wearing / washing them they start to look a bit scruffy. On the flip side, a 10 pack for under $10 makes that a non-issue. I like them so much I bought a second 10 pack just so I have spares.

Trigger finger solution
These things work well for helping with trigger finger. Much easier to wear than a splint, and much less restrictive while still being effective. I'm a pretty big guy, and these things are a bit tight for me, but sure they are perfect for most people.

Finger Sleeve Protectors
I have something called "trigger finger" in one of my fingers. It's when a joint in your finger randomly "snaps" as if dislocated. I have several rigid devices to prevent this, but sometimes I need something more flexible while I'm working. This works well to prevent the the unwanted movement while providing flexibility. It was rather tight initially, but I have been able to stretch it out to fit my finger. This size would not fit someone with large hands.

Good for Trigger Finger, and I'm assuming other finger, knuckle issues. Keeps 'em warm.
Fantastic. They fit my fingers well. I'm not sure who would have problems with them being too tight. I saw a lot of reviews about that. Must have serious sausage fingers. I am male and have average to large hands/fingers. They fit fine. You can also easily fix one that's too tight by wearing in on your thumb for a while. Most importantly, this has nearly resolved my knuckle issues. I have trigger finger in most of my knuckles and they were cracking and having lots of issues. I wear these when using the computer mouse and any time it's cold and I feel it in the knuckle. So far these made a huge difference. I now only wear them on my index fingers where the trigger finger is the worst. It nearly fixed my issues.

As described
They are great compression sleeves. They're just a tad too tight on me and if I leave them on for more than a few seconds tend to start cutting circulation.

Knuckle glove for gaming
These finger gloves are different sizes for each finger. They run tight on a large hand. I have normal sized large hands. I inverted them. There is a seem that can be annoying, just flip them inside out. Feels much better. Great buy. Helps keep the callouses away.

Too short...
I was looking for a reusable alternative to using flexible tape to support my arthritic fingers. Unfortunately this isn’t it. I need something to cover both knuckles, and in the product picture, they do. I know I have long fingers, but these are nearly an inch short. Compression may be adequate for shorter, thicker fingers than mine, but there is a seam on the inside that runs right down the middle and is rather uncomfortable. The elastic is pretty thick too, so it could be difficult if someone was wearing more than one.

Helps with finger joint pain from bowling
For me, rotating a bowling ball to create hook causes repetitive injury to the middle joints of my center (bowling) fingers. My fingers swell and the joints are painful. I bought these “finger socks” to help stabilize these joints and hopefully take on some of the strain of rotating a ball. They seem to be helping quite a bit. I have 30 games with them now and my swelling and pain are beginning to subside, almost as if I took a break from bowling. These “finger socks” are knitted and soft. They don’t cut off circulation and even keep my fingers warm, which is another great benefit. High-quality. Recommended for any bowler or anyone wanting extra warmth for their fingers.
