Can you use epoxy on this? Or must it be polyester

Yes, I used West System epoxy on my fiberglass rebuild using this cloth. It came out rock solid.

Is the product shipped on a roll or folded?

The material shipped folded down to approximately 16 inches

How many gallons of polyester resin to wet out the whole roll?

It's gunna take a bunch of resin, but I'm not sure how much. I usually use less than the whole roll, at one time.
