It works nightly but I don't feel it's that great quality
We have a large amount of bugs called blind mosquitoes or midget. This doesn't seem to attract them as well as I hoped but for the product itself. I had to remove and replace the same bulb several times for it to get good contact and start working without fidgeting with it. Also I've had it for about a month's and the metal zapping area is Rusted and I would assume if it continues the efficiency of the electricity will no longer work to kill the bugs. Lastly there is no easy way to clean the bugs off unless you use an air compressor . When the bugs lineups too heavy on the go electrode metals they stick and it stops killing other bugs. I've had to take it down and blow out of the bugs just to find two nights later it's clogged again

The box this came in states that it will kill insects up to 1/2 acre not 2 acres. They tray that catches the dead bugs is very small. Not impressed with this purchase. It is cheaply made and going to be returned.

exceeded expectations
I am impressed, worked better than i expected, i've had it for almost a week now and i leave it on overnight... comes morning i turn it off and clean it. also spoke to the neighbors and they mentioned that it's been benefiting them too, since i live in a townhome and his house is right next door.

Do not purchase!!!!!
Don’t waste your money !!! This thing went out the day after it was too late to send back !! I thought it was a burnt out bulb so I go buy more and try that..no...not the bulb. I didn’t even plug it in for a couple of weeks after I got it so wasn’t used long. So very disappointed. Total waste of money.

Delivered on Tuesday and plugged it in on Wednesday. The bulb has already burnt out (Saturday). Into the trash with this.

Smaller than expected but gets the job done!!!
I purchased this after reading product reviews, one from an engineer (if recalling correctly) that was quite detailed and appreciated it greatly. Price is a good value, and while the unit itself is smaller than expected, it's been effective in our back yard. I would recommend.

Easy to use
After having this up for a few weeks now I have noticed a difference in my back yard mosquito population. My daughter is a magnet for them and they find her from miles around. This bug zapper has allowed us to enjoy our yard more and works as expected. I wish it had a longer cord but other than that it is great.

Does its job
We have a lot of bugs in our backyard due to a common area with a lot of trees, so we needed a zapper to kill all the bugs that get in our house. Our dog got tired of chasing them so we bought this little thing. We can definitely hear and see it working at night. The cord is on the shorter side so we have to use an extension cord to plug it in. Other than that, this zapper does a good job of zapping those blood suckers.
