In spite of saying it is too big for my gas stove and replacement order for smaller plates placed, on 29th I was told a lie that delivery was attempted but I was not available. When I chatted on customer support one Roja assured that it will be delivered on 31st October and also Rs.100 will be credited to my account as a token of apology from Amazon. Even that was a lie. Till today I have not received the product.

I bought this one and tried to return but it is not available and my request not accepted by the seller.So no way than I use this prouctIt is too big for my burner not a suitable thingNow I didn't use thisWaste of time and money.

Too big for my stove

The media could not be loaded. So So product, the black coating burnt out in first use only and now it’s getting corrosion all from inside, it’s still usable but gives out bad appearance and not safe in terms of food contamination. Hope they will use some heat compatible paint at least on inner walls as they are heavily overpriced here on amazon.

While it may save some gas because it protects from unwanted breeze, in actuality it's actually preventing sufficient air (oxygen) from being available for burning. So, more orange flame burning is happening compared to blue flame burning earlier. This caused multiple issues1. Food started to be not be fully cooked for the same time period as earlier2. Stainless steel vessels started to stain on the exposed areas due to incomplete burning of fuel

the rings are big in size and are not useful as expected
