Let me tell u ,It is good but , the software can be improved and for all the pc players out there who want to play with controller, it will be hard and I took it to play apex legends so that I can play with eezz but it was very hard to switch from keyboard and mouse to controller , but then About the controller if u ask me it's worth buying and also look for the back triggers position it's a bit hard for different hand shapes , if ur hand is small or medium it's good for large it's a bit task .No latency at allHall effect so no stick driftRGB is good , functionalDocking station is solidBest for 3rd person or open world games out thereSolid 9/10 controllerBest part is that u can connect your earphones with the given jack there is literally no latency in sound

Had got this a over a month ago. The first one had a hardware fault as the rear buttons could not be remapped and the controls could not be calibrated using the PowerA HQ app. A replacement was delivered. In the second unit the rear buttons could be programmed but the calibration using the App was not at all possible. Had to send multiple email to PowerA support and now have got a mail from the Indian importer to send the unit for them to check and verify. REQUEST EVERYONE NOT TO BUY THIS CONTROLLER. Raised a warranty claim and had to ship the old controller at my cost to Acco Brands, Thane. Now the replacement controller is yet to be shipped - reason non availability. Both PowerA and Acco Brands India are useless in their support. My issue is going on for the last 2 months. PowerA conveniently wash their hands off when there is a warranty claim and Acco Brands take their own sweet time to even respond to emails. Till date, a total of 30 mail communication has been exchanged between me, Acco Brands and PowerA. All those who have bought are quite lucky not to face any issue till date. The moment there is an issue with the controller be prepared for turbulent times.The first image is what is being shown to me when I launch the HQ app, whereas the second image option should also be available post firmware/SW update. This is completely missing.

Better than Xbox controller.

App is really bad, lighting settings do not retain.Vibration motors are way too loud and strong but can be tweaked from the app (if you are able to use it)Controller is lighter than xbox official controller.There is no battery status reported to the xbox, only an LED light on the controller.There is profiles section missing in the app but shown in the manual.In my case, left stick is not smooth.Connectivity is only through a dongle which is also quite big.

The grip and joysticks are great. Feels very premium with the case. Probably the most pro xbox controller at a competitive price bought at 7k . Around 6K this would be a fantastic purchase
