Entenmann's Big Book of Baking

Great book thanks

It’s a great cookbook which has unusual recipes for small bakes. Due 12/4 but arrived 2 weeks early. How good is that?

I've been an Entenmann's bakery fan for decades. This book is filled with tons of Entenmann's recipes. I didn't know this book existed but I'm glad I found it here on Amazon! I made their famous crumb cake and it came out just like the one you buy at the store. I'm so impressed and highly recommend buying this to everyone

The book had the recipes I wanted.

I have a"thing" for any product associated with the name "Entenmann's". This book is a great collections of ideas and recipes that can utilize Entenmann's products. It's not that you could not find the recipes anywhere else but honestly! When there isa great coffeecake recipe that uses a streusel topping, who else but Entenmann's would you trust with that recipe?

When I bought this book, it was $10. It was the best $10 ever. It is nice, glossy pages, hard cover, full page photo of every recipe on one page, the recipe on the facing page. It is really a nice book in itself.As for the recipes, I have made a lot of them. The first section is nice for those cooks that like to do things quickly and easily, so you can buy something pre-made, like the Entemann's pound cake say, and then the recipe follows of how to dress it up into something else quickly. The rest of the book are normal recipes, all good. The brownies in here are the best brownies ever. I have tested over 50 brownie recipes and this one is the best. I would buy this book for the brownie recipe alone. (I have tried the Fat Witch Brownies, Magnolia, Baking Bible, you name it. These are the best) I have tried some of the pies, the Lemon Bars, some of the cookies. All good.This is excellent value for the price.
