Calcium citrate with other beneficial minerals and the right dose. I take 2 a day morning and night with Vit D and K2 because of the high dose.

These gummies are Calcium & Magnesium with zinc, sea moss & elderberry. I have to have magnesium daily as well as zinc and the sea moss & elderberry are a plus. The gummies don't taste that good to me, but they aren't that bad either. They are easy to chew & swallow. There is only 15 days of gummies here, since you have to take 2 and the bottle contains 30. Price point isn't good for someone on a budget. With food prices still high, my choices in supplements gets very directed & has to be a great deal. I don't think these are, financially anyway.

after asking questions through Amazon, and not getting an honest answer as to what country are these gummies manufactured. I finally contacted this company directly. These gummies are made in China and only distributed in Texas.
