The media could not be loaded. This is a perfect addition for road trips. Everyone loves it. So far it's been pretty sturdy and easily detachable. No issues with connecting to wifi and no issue with mirroring the main headunit.

This was easy to install and so far the kids have enjoyed this new addition to the car.

Works great! I love that I can use my cell phone to control the TV from the driver seat. The app is a remote screen that prevents me from having to pull over or reach back to control the screen. Set up was a breeze too.

The screen does what it needs to do and the image looks very good!To review some aspects...Accounts:We use Google Family Link to control the content we expose our kid to, but supervised accounts can't be added. It signs in, but won't fully enable and causes weirdness and refuses to load YouTube. YouTube Kids works, but only if I also leave my parent account signed in. So either way he can look at whatever he wants.Streaming apps:It comes preloaded with Disney and Netflix with more available from the Play store or 3rd party downloads. Disney works, but won't download videos for offline. Google Play Store says this device isn't compatible, so updates have to be side loaded. Updates still didn't allow for downloading.Netflix works great. All functions work.Internet:It works fine on the car hotspot as well as my phone. It's not compatible with my home wifi though, likely because of my mesh and features I have enabled. That's not a big deal, but initial set up took a while with all the apps so sitting inside signing in was preferred.HDMI in:Works great, but selecting it from the on-screen menu errors and doesn't work. It does auto switch inputs when you give it an active signal though so it works. This would be annoying if you were quickly switching though.Audio:Horrible on device sound. Luckily, I don't want to listen to my kids videos so Bluetooth headphones work great. There's apparently an FM transmitter too, which is cool but I'll never use.Overall, I think it's a good purchase. I deducted a star because of the older android and lack of using my son's Google account.

This isn't a dumb monitor as it has Android built in. That said, once fully set up I found it to be a bit slow when responding to touch presses. Every android app I tried worked fine - just slow.This was also a bit difficult to set up when I wanted to use it as an extra HDMI monitor. But, it does work as one as well.This monitor comes with pieces to attach to the back of a car headrest, or can be used on a table by pulling out an arm from the back. (This was not fully explained in the manual. The arm was difficult to pull out and I was afraid it was going to break).

Don’t waste your money on this junk. I had bought the 13.3 inch monitors that were good for about a month. After the first use they constantly require the apps to update in which it doesn’t work. The amount of times I have had to factory reset these to try to fix them is ridiculous. I have two monitors and neither work now and it has been less than a year. They won’t connect to the internet, doesn’t work with the basic apps of Netflix and Disney Plus, and can’t update at this point. I did the research before buying these and regret it. Please do yourself a favor and just buy tablets with an attachment to mount. This company produces garbage products.

This is a must have for those long road trips. Setup and installation was very easy. I got it up and running in no time. If you're tech savvy, you can also install all your kid's favorite games or apps on there as well. You can set it up to connect to your phone's hotspot and let them watch youtube, netflix or whatever they like to watch. Alternatively, you can download all the shows ahead of time and put them on a usb drive or sd card to watch locally without burning all your data. Or you can use it as a monitor and connect your favorite video game system to it.
