Very high quality, I bought 2 for me any my wife, we love it, it goes 21mph and the battery last for a long time, note: u don't need to download the app to operate it.

Donât buy!
Terrible customer service! I bought this scooter for my son for Christmas. It did not work properly from the very beginning. It would charge fully and then only work for 5 minutes and then shut off with a full battery left. We recharged it a few times and tried again, but the same thing kept happening. I reached out to customer service and was told Iâd get a refund but I only received 50% back. VERY disappointed. I wish I had read the other review more carefully because I see that others have had similar experiences with their scooters.

Good product, and great customer service experience
My son has loved the scooter. He uses it daily and loves all the features. It is fast, smooth, has different power/speed settings, and I love that it has built in lights for safety when the sun start going down. I don't use the app much but it's a nice feature.It did stop turning on consistently after a month of use, but I'm not downgraiding my review because when I reached out to customer service they responded quickly and offered a replacement or a new battery (faulty battery was the issue). They shipped the new battery right away when I said I'd try that, and the scooter is back to working great. I'm very happy with the customer service.

This is a 10/10 we bought this for my son for his birthday he was extremly happy with it. Its a really nice electric scooter for the price i think you get more that what you paid for. The batterie lastes a really good time and it goes about 20 mph. I really like how easy it is to fold and take

Excellent Customer Service đ
I ordered the scooter for my sonâs birthday and he absolutely loved it. After riding it twice, we had an issue with the battery charging. I reached out to customer service and they have been in contact and they came up with a final solution and offered to ship me a new battery free of charge. We canât wait to receive the new battery. I was pleased that with the level of customer service.

Buyer Beware
After having this scooter for over 4 months I HAD to come back and change the 5 star rating to 1 starâŠ. The scooter stopped working after around 4 -5 months! After doing some research and reaching out to the seller on Amazon for a replacement for the battery or scooter who is supposedly also been âwaitingâ to send me a replacement battery but would also stop responding after a few days . So after speaking with a few Amazon representatives , I reached out to the manufacturer by email because there is a 6- 12 month warranty for the scooter and see if they could offer a better solution . Email response is they are automatically deeming the battery faulty via pictures I sent but want to charge EXTRA to fix their FAULTY product. First reviewing this product it had good but mixed reviews.. but I can see that has changed dramatically over the past few months since buying it for Christmas 2024. I wouldnât have a problem investing to have it fixed, but the quality of the scooter and the solution to fix a faulty product, is to charge the customer more? And again, this is being deemed over pictures. So there is a possibility that itâs not even the battery. Also when something is normally under warranty⊠normally the extra costs are covered. Thatâs the whole point of a warranty!
