I’m really glad this travel steamer has dual voltage - it’s been so handy on trips to the US, especially when hotel rooms don’t always have irons available. It heats up quickly, has multiple settings, and does an excellent job at removing creases. It’s perfect for both travel and at home when you have a few items of clothing to get through and don’t fancy bringing the iron out.I haven’t really felt it to be heavy like some of the reviews have said. It’s compact and comes with a nice bag. It’s powerful enough to handle wrinkles - I’ve tried it on linen, cotton shirts, silk dresses and works a treat. I had a minor issue initially, but it was promptly resolved by Jaina in customer service, who was fantastic to deal with. Overall, this is a well designed and reliable steamer that I highly recommend.

It does the job it should. I have just taken it on holiday & it is good for those packing case creases. It’s a bit heavier than I would have liked for a travel one, but it’s fine. Comes in a nice carry bag. A bit expensive but for me it’s worth it.

Had been looking everywhere for a travel steamer that we could take on holiday to the US and would adapt to varying voltages. So glad I found this steamer, it’s amazing!! If in doubt, go for it, super easy to use, really quick to heat up, twist head is so helpful, long cable and makes light work of clothes to get rid of all the creases. Husband uses it for overnight stays with work where he wants to tough up his shirt or trousers.

Great peice of kit, easy to fill, lightweight, very effective dry and steam, both using upright with clothes hanging over the shower and on an ironing board. Also looks good , very nice colouring and feels solid and well constructed. I would definitely recommend and plan to use at home and abroad.utilising included soft carrying bag.

It’s a great and handy steamer—works well and is perfect for travelling too!I did have an issue with it; it stopped working after a few days of use while I was in Porto. I bought it in March and contacted customer service. Jaina helped me resolve the problem quickly. She asked me to send a video of the faulty item along with the serial number. Shortly after, they sent me a replacement, which I received a few days ago.So far, I’ve used it to steam four pairs of trousers and a shirt, and it’s working great. Hopefully, it will last a long time. Fortunately, it comes with a two-year unlimited warranty, so if any issues arise again, I won’t worry—I know I can rely on their excellent customer service.A massive thank you to Jaina for her speedy response and for arranging the replacement!

This is a sleek handy steamer that smoothes glidely and is a dream to use. Very light to hold (compared to other models).We had no issues with it all, until it just stopped working one morning (it worked fine the night before). We wrote the seller on Friday morning and brand new replacement reached us on Saturdays.Although I would have expected to see no faults ( we only had it 4 months) I’m pleased at the service provided.The product itself is fab and we use it everyday.

Lovely little steamer, it’s small but does what it should brilliantly. Took this to Vegas with me to steam my wedding dress and husbands suit - it doesn’t leak, puts out a good amount of steam, and with the dual voltage thankfully worked a charm. Using back home now for little jobs too. Would recommend
