Update: I received the replacement T-valve within a week which fit perfectly. I love the customer service. The force of the sprayer is pretty comfortable and the intensity can be controlled to suit you. I have been using it for almost 4 months now and I never turned off the water supply from the valve. I have observed no leakage. I've used bidets all my life and this is exactly what a standard bidet is and should be like.The T-valve doesn't fit my standard toilet tank. I tried connecting the bidet, but it wont attach. Looks like i am missing a piece or something

I bought it less than a year ago and pipe is leaking already. and its not fixable problem. I would have to buy whole new set for another over $20 at least. It was waste vs I been using smarterfresh bidet for over 3 years now and nothing happened to it yet. It was expensive but worth the price looking at this one dying in less than a year.It was waste of money

I had ordered it a while ago, but got to install this only about 10 months ago as of this writing. I heard water dripping and I saw water oozing out of a leak from this sprayer. So glad, I was home (quarantine time) and was able to contain the damage. Imagine this breaking off during a vacation :(

First had to struggle to attach to toilet. My Ballcock is plastic and the T-valve is metal. This always creates a problem with thread stripping. After much effort I finally got the bugger on straight and tight with no leaks. Came back 20 minutes later and discovered water on the floor. I found that the water was coming from the T-valve adapter lever that shuts the water off to the sprayer. Not happy, after expending all the effort to get this thing attached in the first place.Returning it to Amazon and getting a replacement. I will update the review when that one get's installed.

I ordered it last year and finally installed it January after I got finished redoing the bathroom. I used it, and it worked great, but the other night, I heard a pop and hiss and the head blew clean off and flooded the room. If it is good for 4 to 5 months, shop around and find one with better quality and longevity.

I bought 4 of this product and I'm very happy for choosing this product. The items were in perfect shape and high quality. Installation was a piece of cake! Just took few minutes to install each of them. Great product and i strongly recommend it to anyone.

Well it was good for about 2 weeks and then everything started to leak. Wife came home to a puddle in my bathroom 🤦🏻‍♂️I have tried to tighten, reinstall new washers, and even replace the nozzle on my toilets end just to make sure it wasn’t this product. Nothing worked sadly.

This product worked for about 9 months. Then I came home one day to find my bathroom flooded. The seal from the hose to the sprayer is where the leak was coming from. When I unscrewed the handle to check on the washer, but I did not see any damage. I screwed everything back together and the leak still happened. My guess is that the pressure must have warped the metal in some way.
